2021 'the social' Rosé


'the social' Rosé is delicate & dry with subtle notes of raspberry & a smooth, savoury finish. The grapes were crushed and destemmed and allowed skin contact for 8 hours prior to pressing.  The clarified juice was inoculated with an aromatic yeast and underwent a long, cool fermentation.  Fermentation took 21 days after which the wine was racked and allowed to sit on fine lees for three months. The wine was then stabilised and filtered prior to bottling.
