2025 Colour Series Pinot Noir 777
The 2025 Colour Series Pinot Noir 777 is a full and rich red wine. The ripening period over January & February 2025 were warm and dry, the yield on the 777 vines was lower in 2025 giving a very intense fruit concentration that has manifested itself into a delicious fuller Pinot Noir. A great wine with red meats and game but also pairs well with mushrooms and roasted root vegetables.

Pinot Noir 777 Clone
Original vines from Côte-d’Or, France in the heart of Burgundy. The 777 clone wines have intense aromas are well structured with high colour and fine round tannins with good ageing potential.
Harvested by hand, grapes were destemmed and fermented in seasoned oak puncheons (500l barrels). The grapes were gently hand plunged 2-3 times a day on skins for 40 days in before pressing to 25% new French Oak & seasoned oak barrels for maturation and partial malolactic fermentation.

The fuller style of this 2025 Colour Series Pinot Noir 777 make it a great pairing with meals that can also boast complex flavours and aromatics. This fuller Pinot Noir can keep up with richer flavours by cutting though the fats with balanced savoury flavours but not overpower the dish.
