2018 Colour Series Riesling

An off dry style of Riesling that with some time in bottle has mellowed to continue to show lime & musk characteristics but with a more rounded mouth feel. Hand harvested grapes were destemmed and allowed some time for skin contact prior to pressing. Pressed to stainless steel tanks the clarified juice was inoculated with a cultured aromatic yeast. The ferment was long and cool. The wine was then stabilised, fined and filtered prior to bottling.
