2023 Colour Series Riesling Dry - 12 bottle case
A dry style, medium bodied Riesling with notes of keylime, Mandarin and lifted florals. The citrus and floral notes are balanced with characteristic varietal acids with the wine spending extra time on lees during winemaking to add extra texture. The cooler vintage in 2023 created its delicate, dry but refreshing flavour profile.

Hand-picked in the cool of the morning in early April, the grapes were gently whole bunch pressed.
Free run and pressings juice were kept separate. The free run juice was fermented in stainless steel using an aromatic yeast. The fermentation took place over 21 days to retain freshness and varietal characteristics. The pressings were separated, fermented in stainless steel and then transferred to seasoned oak puncheons for texture. The pressings and free run juice were aged separately but blended back together approximately 8 weeks prior to bottling.

The bright acid , combined with complex flavours and aromas will act as a brilliant accompaniment and contrast for white meats such as poached chicken, as well as fresh oysters, crab and whit fish. Dishes that have similar levels of acid, along with fresh green herbs and vegetables will also make for a delicious pairing.
