Hand-picked in the cool of the morning in early April, the harvested grapes were gently whole bunch pressed. Free run and pressings juice were kept separate initially but then blended back together after fining and clarification.
The grapes were fermented in stainless steel with a long cool ferment to retain flavour and varietal characteristics.

As a medium to full bodied white wine Arneis is a perfect food pairing wine. Aromas of peach, apricot, lemon peel, apple, dried herbs & medium acid suit earthy food flavours and sing when accompanied with mushroom or truffle based dishes.
